One of the long time Injured Workers came and took the Podium today and spoke off the cuff, without notes and told us where the bear craps in the woods with respect to the Alberta Government, WCB, Attorney General and Alberta Justice. We appreciate all our speakers but some of the most enlightening came from a couple of layman. Anthony spoke and laid out facts about this government, WCB and the injury rate that shocked us all. Anthony is a public speaker like we have not heard in twenty plus years. Since David Orchard. WOW… did we like what he disclosed and his presentation was flawless. Anthony understands what’s goin’ on folks when it comes to this Government.
Not only does WCB pay Case Managers for limiting and eliminating case files as does Alberta Justice and Attorney General. The Alberta Justice Department runs contrary to the Constitution in that the laws legislated are in place to support the Government Agendas against the people of Alberta.
We are the Alberta Governments enemies… US… The Working Public. The Poor. The Disabled. The Homeless. The Weak.
When Allison Redford was Justice Minister she said that the Government will do what is necessary to carry out it’s agenda and if the People of Alberta do not like it they can challenge the constitutionality of the Conservative legislation in the Supreme Court of Canada. Now she is backing out of her promise for a Public Inquiry that is Health Care in this Province and she has clammed up about Doctor Intimidation in Health Care. These are two huge issues that affect Injured Workers.
Bottom line there is no justice in Alberta against the Alberta Government.
